– All ID Sessions and Camps are NON REFUNDABLE

– All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE

– All International Programs, Events and Coaching Courses are NON-REFUNDABLE

GSD incurs immediate expenses upon each event booking that are not recoverable nor refundable to GSD. Therefore, all deposits and payments delivered to GSD are nonrefundable. GSD will not issue any credit or refund any monies in the event the trip is cancelled due to accidents, injuries, loss of employment, sickness or even death of a loved one and or any other reason(s) considered personal. 

The cost of basic travel medical insurance (via a third party provider) is covered by GSD for all GSD International Program Package Participants. Coaching Course participants receive medical coverage during their stay via the course provider (German Football Association a/k/a/ DFB). GSD additionally recommends you secure ‘Cancel Anytime Insurance’ for peace of mind, maximum flexibility and protection for your trip.  GSD will not issue any refund, credit or voucher in the event a trip is canceled due to storm or inclement weather, war, political instability, any other safety-related, and/ or other Acts of God that, at our sole and absolute discretion, constitutes a danger to our players and the family members traveling with them.
