You will use this information to complete your Consent to Travel form at the notary.
Be sure to include all individuals listed for your city, as well as Angelica Camillo on every form.
When reaching out to your Travel Companion, please be mindful of the time.
Travel Companions will assist during travel only.
GSD staff will take over once the group arrives overseas.

I currently manage the welding trade department at the County of Los Angeles. I have also been a head coach for girls' soccer for 15 years. My previous roles have been project manager overseeing multi-million-dollar projects, in which I had to oversee employees to ensure the job ran well. However, my most important role in leadership has been leading my three daughters, which are now 22, 19 and 16. I am the youngest child of 14 kids, and father of three daughters. I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, hiking, diving and flying through the air with my cape!
