Welcome GSD Families

Please see the 2025 Travel Companions below. 

Your Travel Companion assists ONLY with accompanying players to and from their destination via airport.

All other logistical, operational or admin questions would be with your GSD representative.

 

Ensure to include Angelica Camillo as your secondary Travel Companion on the Consent to Travel Form.

EX: Austin will have 3 Travel Companions; Margaret Benavides, Christine Pompa and Angelica Camillo.

Please don't hesitate to contact GSD personnel directly with any questions and/ or concerns.

 

Make sure to reach out to the correct travel companion based on your departure city -- we encourage parents to consider creating a WhatsApp chat with your Travel Companion(s) for further coordination.

  • I own an agency called Six K Management which represents wardrobe stylists, hair stylists, makeup artists, groomers and photographers where I'm constantly managing people's professional lives as they travel across the planet for work. I'm also a single dad of a 15 year old who has a very active life as well. We participate in community activities, volunteering with various organizations through family, friends, school and work. So scheduling, organizing and being responsible are essential parts of my daily life.
  • I am a single dad and business owner who enjoys travel, great food, tennis, jogging, music, films and a myriad of things. My son is an avid soccer player, so we are definitely a soccer family and everything that goes along with that:)! I'm originally from Mississippi and I've lived in LA for for over 20 years now. I make it a point to meditate every day, and my guilty pleasure is watching reality tv. I sit there, mouth open, shaking my head as I watch, but I keep watching.

About Me
  • 8 years as a manager of between 12-18 staff at any time at a large Clinical Research organization. President of Tampa Dynamo FC for 4+ years, recently was a chaperone for 4 boys from our own club on a trip to England, including solo travelers we ensured had a successful trip.
  • Married to my beautiful wife Michelle for 15 years with two children, Owen (13) and Nathaniel (8). This will be our third summer having Owen participate with GSD (with trips to Portugal and Spain prior) and I've attended each year as I enjoy getting to see up close the wonderful things that GSD does for the kids that take part. My spare time is all things soccer related as I am the current President of our club, Tampa Dynamo FC located in Riverview, FL. I'm a massive Manchester United fan, even in these rough last few years!

  • I've been in leadership for more than 40 years going back to 6th grade class president, HS National Honor Society President, Fraternity President, Army Platoon Leader, Soccer and Swim Team Coach, Multiple Board of Directors positions including Pool Board President, and Sales District and Regional Manager positions.
  • Soccer crazy, just saw the Shamrock Rovers play in Dublin in the Irish Premier League. Love to visit famous stadiums when traveling.
  • Love supporting my kids in their athletic careers. My daughter is a nationally ranked swimmer and Connor is a pretty decent soccer player!
